1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Charoen Suk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the financial education provider operating at 162 Sathorn Soi 12, Silom, Bangkok 10500, Thailand.
• "Service" refers to financial education programs and associated materials offered by Charoen Suk.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual accessing our website or participating in a program.
• "Program" refers to any of the structured educational sessions offered by Charoen Suk, including Money Mindset Orientation, Bond and Fixed Income Education, and Full Financial Health Review.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions as accepted by the user.
• "Content" refers to all educational materials, guides, worksheets, and resources provided during a program.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry, you indicate acceptance of these Terms. Enrolment in a program constitutes formal agreement to be bound by these Terms in full. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or enrol in any program.

3. Service Description

Charoen Suk provides structured financial education programs for adults, with particular focus on individuals aged 40 and above. Our services include facilitated group sessions, individual advisory sessions, and written educational materials. All programs are educational in nature and are not intended to constitute licensed financial advice. Our programs are conducted in Bangkok, Thailand. Session formats are outlined on our Programs page and are subject to availability.

4. User Responsibilities

When participating in our programs or using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information when submitting enquiries or enrolling.
• Attend sessions punctually and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect during group sessions.
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute session materials without prior written consent from Charoen Suk.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, workshop content, worksheets, reference booklets, and written summaries provided by Charoen Suk remain the intellectual property of Charoen Suk. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use materials for personal reference only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Your use of our website does not grant you any ownership rights over our content or branding.

6. Payment and Fees

Program fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable prior to the commencement of each program. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation. Fees are inclusive of all session materials unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel your enrolment more than 7 days before the first session, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the first session are not eligible for a refund, though you may transfer your place to a future intake at no cost. Charoen Suk reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Program-Specific Terms

Money Mindset Orientation & Bond and Fixed Income Education (Group Programs): These sessions are conducted in small groups. Discussions involve personal financial perspectives and are kept confidential within the group. Participants are asked not to disclose the personal disclosures of other participants outside the session.

Full Financial Health Review (Individual Program): Sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis with a Charoen Suk advisor. Information shared during individual sessions is held in strict confidence and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. The written summary provided at the end of the program is for personal reference only and does not constitute a formal financial advice document.

8. Disclaimers

Charoen Suk programs are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional, licensed financial advice. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals before making financial decisions. We do not represent that program content will result in any particular financial outcome. Our content reflects general financial education principles applicable to the Thai market at the time of delivery; it may not reflect all current market conditions.

Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted access or the absence of errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, Charoen Suk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the program fee paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charoen Suk, its advisors, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of program materials, or any violation of applicable law arising from your actions.

11. Termination

Charoen Suk reserves the right to withdraw a participant from a program without refund if they engage in conduct that disrupts the learning environment or breaches these Terms. You may withdraw from a program at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 6. Upon termination, your licence to use program materials ceases, though you may retain materials already provided for personal reference.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from your use of our services or these Terms shall first be addressed through informal resolution — please contact us at [email protected] and we will endeavour to respond within 10 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Charoen Suk regarding the use of our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms
